Why is it better than the soil hydroponics?

I keep hearing the words of hydroponics on television. What is it?

Plants grow up to 10 times faster in hydroponics on the floor. This is mainly because plants need to develop a root system very small to obtain nutrients and water they need. Therefore, they can grow very quickly in hydroponics and I recommend it on the floor.
